Membership Terms & Conditions
A. Membership
Membership is open to eligible applicants. Membership fees are reviewed annually and may change. Membership is valid for the specified season or period, and from mid 2027 onwards membership will be on an annual basis. The Board may approve or decline any application at its discretion.
B. Conduct & discipline
Members must respect all participants. Harassment, discrimination and abusive behaviour are prohibited. The Club may apply green, yellow and red warnings. Serious misconduct may result in suspension or termination following a fair process. Members must follow coaches' and captains' directions during training and matches.
C. Player gear & safety
For the safety of all players, wearing appropriate football gear during all training sessions and matches is compulsory. Players must wear football boots or shoes, shin pads, a sports T-shirt or jersey, and sports shorts or pants. Players who don't have the required safety equipment may not be permitted to participate until they are properly equipped.
D. Player safety & injury acknowledgement
Football is a contact sport and participation involves inherent risks of injury. By joining, members acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to participate at their own risk. Members will immediately report any injury or illness sustained during training or matches to a coach or club official, and will follow all safety rules, policies and instructions.
E. Dual membership
Players are not permitted to hold or maintain membership with another football club during the same season while registered with the Club. Players must choose and commit to one club for the relevant season unless otherwise approved by the Board or the governing football authority.
F. Privacy & governance
Personal information is used only for membership administration, competitions, insurance, communication and legal obligations. The Club is governed by its Constitution and elected Board. Major decisions are made collectively.
